S·Load ("we", "our app") takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
When you use S·Load, we collect:
- Account data: email, name, date of birth (if provided), gender (if provided), profile picture (optional).
- Training data: programs you create, completed sessions, exercises, weights and reps entered, session duration, notes.
- Body data: weight, measurements, progress photos (all optional).
- Technical data: iPhone model, iOS version, time zone, anonymous install identifier.
- Location and weather: if you grant location access, we record the country and weather conditions at the start of each session for related achievements (optional, can be disabled).
2. How we use your data
Your data is used only to:
- Deliver the service (display your sessions, compute your stats, suggest loads).
- Sync your data across your devices when you are signed in.
- Send you session reminders you have configured yourself.
- Improve the app (aggregated and anonymous statistics only).
We never sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting and sharing
Data is stored on Supabase (Frankfurt, Germany — EU), encrypted at rest and in transit.
The following processors may handle your data strictly within the scope of the service:
- Supabase (database, authentication, storage)
- Apple (Sign in with Apple, In-App Purchases, push notifications)
4. Your rights (GDPR)
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access your data: export a program via "Share code".
- Rectify your data through the Profile and Preferences screens.
- Delete your account and all your data: Profile → Delete my account. This is irreversible.
- Restrict or object to processing: contact us below.
- Portability: your data can be exported as JSON on request.
5. Retention
As long as your account is active, your data is retained. If you delete your account, all your data is wiped immediately and permanently from our servers (except anonymized technical logs kept for 30 days for security reasons).
6. Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases are handled directly by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information (credit card, etc.). Apple manages the entire payment process.
7. Cookies and trackers
S·Load uses no third-party cookies or trackers for advertising or marketing purposes. The only identifiers used are required for the app to function (authentication session). On this website, a single functional cookie may be stored, sload_lang, which only remembers the language you picked in the footer so you are not redirected again on your next visit. It contains no identifier, is never shared, expires after one year, and you can delete it at any time from your browser settings. No advertising or analytics cookie is placed.
8. Minors
S·Load is not intended for people under 13. If you are between 13 and 16 (depending on your country), parental consent is required to create an account.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified in-app. The date at the top of the page reflects the last update.
