These terms govern your use of S·Load. By signing up, you agree to them.
1. Service description
S·Load is an iOS mobile app for tracking strength training. It lets you create programs, log your sessions, visualize your progress, and share your performance.
2. User account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must be at least 13 to use the app.
- You may delete your account at any time via Profile → Delete my account. This action is irreversible and permanently deletes all your data.
3. Health disclaimer
S·Load is a tracking tool, not a substitute for medical advice or a professional coach. Before starting a training program:
- Consult a doctor if you have any known health conditions.
- Learn proper exercise technique from a professional.
- Do not use loads beyond your capacity.
The editor of S·Load disclaims all liability for injuries or health issues related to use of the app. Pre-built programs are provided as guidance only and must be adapted to your level.
4. Premium subscription
- S·Load offers a paid Premium subscription via Apple In-App Purchase.
- Payment is billed to your Apple account.
- The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation is done via iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- No refund will be issued for the current period, as per Apple's rules.
5. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its contents (texts, exercise videos, badges) are the property of the editor of S·Load. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
Programs you create remain your property. You may export and share them freely via the share codes/QR codes.
6. Expected behavior
By using S·Load, you agree not to:
- Use the app for illegal or malicious purposes.
- Attempt to access other users' data.
- Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the app.
- Reproduce, copy, or modify the app outside of normal personal use.
- Insert offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content in your notes or program names.
7. Service availability
The editor strives to keep the service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updates.
8. Data and privacy
Your data is stored on Supabase (EU) with encryption. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be notified in-app. By continuing to use the app after changes, you accept the new terms.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. The editor may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempting an amicable resolution, French courts will have jurisdiction.
